Went motorbike riding overnight with my brother and cousin last weekend and got my first chance to use these amazing straps … absolutely secure … nothing moved … even with me using my bag as a back rest! It was very easy to strap down with wraptie, too keep spare parts and water bottle on the bike rack.
Because you missed a custom declaration I had to pay extra money at the German custom to get my „Rider“ bundle!
I am really angry about this!

We have responded via direct email and hope to resolve this issue for you. Per out FAQ's page we cannot control what Country customs officers do but we do try and make sure customs documentation is correct. Please reply and let us know what the problem is so we can fix it up for you.
