                      Bicycle assistance

Thanks to your Wraptie, I was able to tow another biker.
I hold one Wraptie to the seat tube of my bike, with the "Soft Loop", I hold another Wraptie to the front tube of the another bike, I attached the two Wrapties and go.
Thanks to the stretch of the wrapties, the tow was confortable.

Woah!! Love it! Glad you got home safely ‍

Quality product and easy to use!

I'm sold on wraptie! I use mine to help mount an axe and shovel onto my truck for longer offroading treks - they hold firm and look great! This is going over several rocks and the rough terrain of the AZ desert, so no complaints here! Thanks for a great product!

Thanks Brad, really great to hear you getting full value out of the WRAPTIE™ products! Definately don't want an axe flying around!!

                      Great design

I’ve been looking for straps to secure my tool roll kit to the luggage rack on the back of my BMW 1250 gsa. I only use this set up when riding off-road mainly on BMW Safari events as sweep rider. Any bungees or straps I’ve used before have either let me down or been frustrating to use and remove. I’ve only tested these on the bike at home but straight away I can see they will be a vast improvement on anything previous. Quality and ease of use is right up there and I can’t wait to put them to the test in the Aussie outback. I’ll post another review when I’ve done just that but so far it’s a big thumbs up from me.

Thanks for the great review Craig and looking forwards to your next adventure!

                      Awesome service

Wraptie is great to work with. They stand behind their product. I had an issue with a Sport 130 and they shipped out replacements immediately at no cost to me.

Its the freedom of not carrying a rucksack on your back when on a motorcycle. Carry it with me all times on the bike for any emergencies. Thank you

                      Very Versatile

I take this strap with me in the high mountains as well as on all camping trips and it has been good for multiple uses. Who knew something like this could be so useful!

Functional, but highly disappointing design flaw.

These straps are well made and certainly work for strapping gear to a bike rack. But for me there is one incredibly annoying design flaw that is big enough to dock two stars. At the end of the strap, where the extra hook and loop (velcro) pads are most needed, one of the sections of loop material is replaced with Wraptie's massive (1inch x 3inch) logo and branding material. A tiny sewn-in seam tag would have been much classier, would have honored more functionality of the product, and would have looked better, in my opinion. The unfortunate result is that you often have a long end section of the strap flapping in the wind, and that your gear is often less secure because the strap is being held in place by fewer interfacing hook and loop sections.

I am considering removing the logo and adding my own hook material where Wraptie should have done so, but that would be a lot of work that I do not want to do. So for now I just remain frustrated almost every time I use the strap and have to figure out how to secure the flapping end, and have to be content with somewhat less secure gear. Definitely consider this annoying flaw when deciding whether to use Wraptie to secure your items. Perhaps wait until they remedy this issue, or look elsewhere for products that do not sacrifice functionality in the interest of presenting a logo and branding.

Hi Will, thanks for your comments.
When designing the WRAPTIE™ SPORT we decided to choose to have the hook (Rough) side facing inwards when wrapped up. This ensures that the hook side is protected from dirt becuase it can be the hardest one to clean.
However, we appreciate that if you use the straps with the loop (Smooth) side facing in, then the logo does get in the way and we thank you for pointing this out!
Our recommendation, if you can, flip the strap around so that the hook side is facing in and the logo will then be sitting on the outside.
                      Regards,

                      Sports

The Sport ties look great, I have only used them slightly. I did not understand from the web site the difference between the regular and sport if I had I would have ordered the regular ties as I believe they would provide more options for my motorcycle packing.

                      Hi Herb,
Thanks for your comments about the confusion when slecting your straps. We have now added a new 'How To' page which explains in more details the differences and advantages of each type so hopefully other people won't have hte same issue.
                      Regards, The WRATIE™ team!
